Welcome! I'm Esther Davis RN, founder of Elite Nursing Services, LLC.
For years, I've had the privilege of caring for patients with complex medical conditions, including individuals living with kidney disease and those receiving dialysis. Throughout my nursing career, I've witnessed firsthand how challenging it can be for patients and families to navigate today's healthcare system. Too often, people leave appointments with unanswered questions, families feel overwhelmed, and loved ones struggle to manage their health alone.
Those experiences inspired me to create Elite Nursing Services.
My mission is simple: to provide personalized, concierge nursing care that helps clients remain safe, independent, and confident in the comfort of their own homes. I believe exceptional nursing care goes beyond treating medical conditions—it means listening, educating, advocating, and building meaningful relationships with every client and family I serve.
As your concierge nurse, I take the time to understand your unique needs and develop a care plan tailored specifically to you. Whether I'm monitoring a chronic condition, coordinating care with healthcare providers, reviewing medications, accompanying you to appointments, or providing reassurance to family members, my goal is always the same: to deliver expert care with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.

- Registered Nurse (RN, BSN), state licensed and insured, BLS/ACLS certified, case management background.
